4. Payments

CodeArlic reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose confidential business data without written permission, except where required by law.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement.

Requests outside the approved project scope will be treated as additional work and may require revised pricing and delivery timelines.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms or services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, or cloud services.

CodeArlic is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy updates made by third-party providers.

10. Support

Support and maintenance are provided according to the selected support plan or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, free support is limited to fixing issues directly related to the delivered project.

11. Limitation of Liability

CodeArlic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software, services, or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

12. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Any non-refundable costs already incurred will remain payable.
