About the Role

CodeArlic is looking for an experienced Fiverr & Upwork Specialist who understands how freelance marketplaces work and can help us generate qualified project opportunities through platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.

You will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing proposals, optimizing profiles/gigs, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the conversion of marketplace opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork.
• Submit targeted and customized proposals.
• Manage Fiverr gigs and optimize listings.
• Research keywords and service categories.
• Improve marketplace profiles and positioning.
• Communicate with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements.
• Prepare professional proposals.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Track proposals, responses, and conversions.
• Research competitor profiles and marketplace strategies.
• Coordinate with technical team members regarding project requirements.
• Maintain professional client communication.
• Develop strategies to improve marketplace performance.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Fiverr and/or Upwork.
• Understanding of freelance marketplace algorithms and practices.
• Strong proposal-writing ability.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements.
• Knowledge of web/software development services is highly preferred.
• Strong research skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Existing experience generating projects through Fiverr or Upwork.
• Experience managing agency profiles.
