We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused Client Relationship Manager who can help us maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
You will act as an important communication bridge between clients and our internal development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients professionally.
- Understand client requirements and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication throughout projects.
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams.
- Collect and organize client feedback.
- Follow up on project updates and requirements.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates.
- Help identify client concerns and communicate them internally.
- Maintain client records and communication history.
- Support client onboarding.
- Assist with project documentation and communication.
- Help build long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
