About the Role
CodeArlic is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Your primary responsibility will be researching businesses, identifying decision-makers, collecting accurate prospect information, and supporting our business development team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and target businesses.
- Build targeted B2B lead lists.
- Identify business owners, founders, managers, and decision-makers.
- Find relevant contact information.
- Research companies based on industry, location, size, and business requirements.
- Use LinkedIn and other online platforms for prospect research.
- Maintain accurate lead databases.
- Verify collected information.
- Categorize and qualify leads.
- Assist the sales team with prospect information.
- Track outreach and lead-generation activities.
- Continuously research new lead sources.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling business data.
